Operating since the mid-1970s the South Briar Barracudas Swim Team is a fun, competitive swim team serving families in the greater energy corridor. Our season takes place during May and June each year, with registration starting on April. 

The South Briar Barracudas is open to swimmers aged 4-18 who reside in our catchment communities of South Briar, Ashford Village, Shadowbriar, Ashford Hollow, Ashford West, and Reflections. In addition, we welcome swimmers from the designated neighboring "open territory" communities that include Stonehenge, Memorial West, Shadowlake,  Ashford Hills, and everywhere in between.

The Briar Forest Swim League (BFSL), Inc. is a tax-exempt, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, incorporated in the state of Texas.
